Pump Housing

Pump housing is an aluminum die casting parts that we produced for a US company. This part is used for electronic pump system. With A383 for high mechanical strength, it’s relative cost-effective and high productivity.

The main challenge of this project is about interior concentricity and roundness, it requires to inject the molten material into mold cavity in very short time. (high speed, high pressure, and middle mold temperature). After raw casting process, those critical holes have to be reworked by CNC machining, which is ensure an accurate concentricity. Before shipment, we get 100% of critical dimension inspected by CMM measuring machine.

Up to now, we have produced over 100,000 pcs of this part. Our client is very happy with our professional casting service.
