This pump cover is an aluminum die casting parts that used for motorcycle. We manufactured this part since 2016 for a South Africa client who requested us to make lower cost with reliable quality. By now, we produce this part about 200,000 pcs per month.

The material we used for this part is A383, which provides excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight, and lower cost.  Since the order needs to be shipped by ocean shipping, it must pass a salt-spray test for 24 hours. Meanwhile, we designed a totally sealed OPP bag for its packaging so as to avoid oxidizing.
