Host tank is an automotive die casting part that we manufactured for a Brazil clients in 2003, even though this client is not a big automotive company, but they have an annual order of 300,000 pcs. We helped this clients from prototyping, pilot run, to mass production. It takes over 2 years from very begin to mass production.

Because of special using condition, this parts requires a high temperature work condition. So we helped to choose A380 as its raw material. the casting process takes about 55 seconds for a whole cycle. As a professional die casting manufacturer, our factory were certificated with ISO 9001 and TS 16949, we perform strict quality control from raw material to finished products.
