We helped customer from design refining, DFM, mold tool making, casting, and logistic service. We gained an annual order about 300,000 pcs from this project.

Customer Requirement: RCA test for 300 times with 175 gram weight(Abrasion resistance test), Salt-spray test for 48 hours or above.

Lead-time: 45 days for final sample approval. (including mold tool making)
