Central spindle is an aluminum die casting parts that used for medical device, which made from A383 material. We developed and manufactured this project for a Canada client who is a famous medical equipment brand. The most biggest challenge for this project is concentricity(+/- 0.02) of the central hole, as it will be used to assemble rotative bearing. To meet this specification, we get the raw casting part first, then prepared a locating fixture to rework the casting part by CNC machining. By using SPC control measure, our QC inspectors check the dimension onsite every two hours. and get the finished product 100% inspected before shipping.

Up to now, we have made 150,000 pcs of this spindle, and gained good feedback from our clients. So we are confident to challenge any type of custom die casting parts service.
