This is a automotive parts made from A380 aluminum alloy. We developed this project for a China local automotive company since 2008. Up to now, we have produced over 200,000 pcs of this part. Because it’s used in automotive, the parts require high mechanical strength, precision dimension, and durable using life time. During the casting process, we use middle and slow filling speed with keep a casting mold tool temperature of 260 °C. For surface treatment, we adapted anodizing process on it.
